20+ years across operations, process and people systems
I have spent more than 20 years working in operations, banking, process management, compliance, MIS, HR and people systems.
I've worked with teams.
I've worked with processes.
I've worked with systems.
And I've seen what happens when all of them don't connect.
A process exists, but nobody follows it.
A responsibility is assigned, but nobody knows who is actually accountable.
A report is prepared, but nobody uses it.
A new employee joins, but there is no proper onboarding.
A customer issue moves from one person to another.
And eventually, the founder has to step in and fix it.
Sometimes the problem isn't the people. The business simply hasn't built the structure it needs for the next stage.
That is where ORGOOK comes in.
When a business is small, the founder naturally does everything.
They sell.
They solve problems.

They make decisions.
And in the beginning, that works.
But the business grows.
